VitaleTherapeutics, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the elucidation of effective and non-toxic approaches for resolving illness and “dys”ease. Just since 1994 we have weathered many battles, including a six year lawsuit all the way to the US Supreme Court. Ironically, this court refused to hear the case of the scientists who simply demanded their 1st Amendment right to tell the truth about their discoveries be honored and protected, instead of having data falsified under their names to fraudulently discredit their work . Despite interference by those who would falsely claim and suppress these discoveries, VitaleGENx was made available in the summer of 2008 for human proving.
