Notes:

Dr. Kaayla Daniels and I have observed strange lab work on individuals who have little to no Kreb's cycle intermediates. This is problematic for a variety of reasons, one consequence being that there is not much energy production from food occurring (chronic fatigue). Long-term consequences may be even more serious, since alpha-ketoglutarate (2-oxo-glutarate), an intermediate in the Kreb's (citric acid) cycle, is used to rid the body of toxic and probably carcinogenic kynurenine. Citric acid salts of calcium and magnesium are well-adsorbed, but excess calcium interferes with magnesium, and vice versa, so taking calcium in the morning and magnesium in the evening makes sense, and even may help to give us more energy and neurotransmitter production.
