Notes:

Critical to fighting cancers, especially of the leukemia and lymphoma variety, is the ability to put the brakes upon cancer cell division. Even though antibodies are being cranked out in response to vitalethine in both the infected and uninfected mice, the division (proliferation) of the B cells that make these antibodies is severely restricted by vitalethine. This is ideal from the standpoint of being applicable to several types of cancer, since one can slow growth while generating antibodies at much higher rates, that will hopefully adapt and become specific enough to kill only the cancers cells. Beta-alethine actually caused huge myelomas (B-cell cancers) to regress, indicating that it is possible for good B cells to make antibodies tp kill bad B-cells (NS-1 myeloma cells).
