Notes:

The toxic metals have no benefit for human nutrition. They are non-nutritive and tend to just poison us with very tiny amounts. It is best to just avoid these whenever possible, but it is not known how widespread their distribution is in our environment and in consumer products. Hair analyses can provide indications of exposure, but many laboratories do not assay for some of these very toxic substances. People have overdosed on colloidal silver, for example, and come down with a malady of symptoms similar to those experienced with the more toxic metals. Mobilizing these toxins with systemic chelators, presumably to tie them up and flush them out of the body, may not be the best approach since diatomaceous earth can do this.
