An amorphous, food grade diatomaceous earth is thought to be one of the safest ways to deal with exposures to pathogens and metal toxins. Unlike systemic (blood) chelators that mobilize toxins to poison immunity, nerves, brain, vital organs, and our excretory processes, the food grade diatomaceous earth does not get into the blood and just siphons or leaches the toxins and pathogens out, to be excreted in the stools.
