Dion't get too excited about there not being any meat in this picture. Protein is the key component that is difficult to obtain on a vegan diet. Eggs, whey protein, aged cheese, winged beans, brewer's yeasts not contaminated with carcinogenic metals from stainless vats they're brewed in, and oat meal and bran are good sources.
