Notes:

Since imposing HRTs upon “U” appears to only “HURT”, it seems prudent to avoid known phytoestrogens, and other substances that disrupt endocrine function whenever possible. Although chaste berry is not recommended during pregnancy, 15 women who could not conceive were put on chaste berry for 3 months. At the end of this time, 5 of them were pregnant. Thus, chaste berry appears to help restore imbalanced hormonal systems. Chaste berry prevents metabolism to estrogens and testosterone, keeping more of the pathway in progesterone that increases the monooxygenase receptor for vitalethine. Testosterone and estrogens decrease the monooxygenase, whereas topical progesterone with chaste berry & estriol may benefit.
